Return and Exchange Policy
At The Posh Pony, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. Please read the following policy to understand our return and exchange procedures:
Returns and Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds on our merchandise, so please choose your items carefully.
- Exchanges are available for products within 14 days of receipt.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at theposhpony@yahoo.com for authorization.
- Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will substitute it with alternate merchandise of your choice.
- Any price differences between the returned and new items will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Custom and Personalized Items
- Please note that custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged during shipping. See the "Damaged Items" section below for further details.
Sale Items
- Items sold at discounted prices or during a sale are considered "final sales." This means no refunds or exchanges are allowed for sale items.
Variations
- Due to the uniqueness of natural materials, variations in color and size may occur. This is a part of the charm of handmade and natural products.
Old Pawn Items
- Old Pawn items are vintage and are sold in "as is" condition. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged Items
- We do offer refunds if your one-of-a-kind item is damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced or repaired. Please inform us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. If it's replaceable, we will send a replacement or arrange for repair.
Product Repairs
- We provide a 6-month repair warranty on all our products. To request a repair, please fill out our Product Repair Request Form. We will either repair the item or substitute it with a similar product of equal value.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to repairs.
